Appointments are strictly pre-booked to ensure adequate consultation time, continuity of care, and clinical safety. To request an appointment, please contact us by telephone, WhatsApp or email. Alternatively, please complete the online Appointment request form on our website.
Our team will guide you to the most appropriate Consultant-led appointment and care pathway.
Insurance and Self-Pay Enquiries
If you have private medical insurance, please inform us at the time of contact so we can advise on authorisation requirements and billing arrangements. Coverage is dependent on your individual policy and insurer.
Self-pay appointments are available, with clear and transparent fees discussed in advance.
Flexible payment options are available with simple monthly instalments-without compromising on quality or continuity of care.
Urgent Care and Support
Urgent Care Requirements
The Pregnancy Clinic provides planned, outpatient, Consultant-led care only.
- We do not provide emergency or out-of-hours services
- For urgent pregnancy concerns (such as pain, bleeding, or reduced fetal movements), please contact your local NHS maternity unit or attend A&E
- In a medical emergency, call 999
This ensures that women receive the most appropriate and timely care in urgent situations.
