Ashleigh Paige works with Professor Ranjit Akolekar at his NHS and private practices.  

 

With nine years of experience under her belt, Ashleigh is an extraordinarily dedicated midwife and sonographer who is committed to exceptional patient care which she delivers with the utmost warmth and sensitivity.

Ashleigh began her career as a rotational midwife at Darent Valley Hospital in Dartford, working in antenatal, labour and postnatal settings. There, she cared for mothers and babies in low and high-risk environments.

 

She joined Medway Maritime Hospital in Kent in 2015 as a fetal medicine midwife and midwife sonographer where she supported women through high-risk pregnancies. She assisted the fetal medicine consultants with invasive procedures, performed fetal wellbeing scans and provided counselling support to women and families.

 

Presently she splits her time between private work at The Pregnancy Clinic and her role as a midwife sonographer at Medway where she operates within an antenatal setting.

 

At The Pregnancy Clinic, Ashleigh is responsible for performing ultrasound scans and assisting Professor Akolekar with The Harmony Test.
